Project Coordination
- 2009, Coordinator of the PIEMONTE project, funded by Regione Piemonte, partners Telecom Italia Lab, Universita' di Scienze Gastronomiche, SlowFood
- 2005-2008
Coordinator of the WS-DIAMOND Project and responsible for theUnit of
the Università di Torino. WS-DIAMOND is a VI Framework EU FET
project concerning self-healing (i.e., self diagnosing and repairing
Web Services). The partners of the project are LAAS-CNRS Toulouse,
IRISA Universite' Rennes 1, Universite' Paris Sud, University of
Klagenfurt, University of Vienna, Politecnico di Milano and University
of Torino.

2002- 2007
Scientific Director of the M3Lab (ICity from 2006), a laboratory for the study of
Intelligent Systems in Mobile Communication. The laboratory has been
created in co-operation with CSP and Citta' di Torino and is involving
several companies. As a first application area the lab will concentrate
on intelligent agents for adaptive personalized services to the citizen
(with adaptation to the location, device, context of use, user).
- 2002-2005: Technical Responisble
for
the Unit of the Università di Torino in the AUTAS (Automating
Fmeca for Aircrafts) V Framework EU project concerning the integration
of model-based diagnostic techniques for supporting teh generation of
FMECA in aircaft systems. The partners in the project are: ALENIA, IAI
(Israelian Areonautic Industries), NLR (Dutch Areonautic Research
Center), Sofreten, Occ'm Software Gmbh, Technical University of Munich
and University of Torino.

for the Unit of the Università di Torino in the IDD (Integrated
Diagnosis and design) V Framework EU project concerning the integration
of model-based diagnostic techniques in the design process in
automotive domains. The partners in the project are: Daimler-Benz,
Centro Ricerche Fiat, Renault, PSA, Magneti Marelli, Occ'm Software
GmbH, University of Paris, Technical University of Munich and
University of Torino.
- 2000-2003: Technical Responisble
for the Unit of the Università di Torino in the CAWICOMS V
Framework EU project concerning the design of adaptive (personalized)
systems for configuring products or services on teh Web. the partners
are: DFKI, ILOG, British Telecom, Telecom Italia, Siemens, University
of Klagenfurt.

for the Unit of the Università di Torino in the VMBD (Vehicle
Model-based Diagnosis) BRITE-EURAM EU Project (IV Framework), a large
BRITE-EURAM IV Framework EU project concerning the application of
model-based diagnostic techniques in automotive domains. The partners
in the project are: Daimler-Benz, Centro Ricerche Fiat, Volvo, Bosch,
Magneti Marelli, GenRad, Dassault Elecronique, University of Paris,
