where I live, work, sleep, ski, and have fun now. |

View of the city from Monte Dei Cappuccini |
Torino is certainly
not a typical Italian city. Don't expect to be overwhelmed with
Renaissance and Baroque. But do expect hectic driving, loud speaking
and good pizza. All the things that make Italians - Italians. You can also expect a very nice weather in January which, combined with the snow covered mountain tops in the distance, really opens up the appetites for skiing. |
| The river Po bank is a
wonderful place to disconnect from everything. Totally different from
hot summer nights when it turns into the center of Torino nightlife. Oh, I almost forgot. The best thing ever is the gianduia-yogurt ice cream at Fiorio in Via Po. |

| Another
thing you could count on is a very nice atmospehre in Dipartimento di Informatica, where
it
is a real pleasure to study. |
