Biography

I was born in Chivasso, a small village near Torino, in 1975.
I took my "Laurea" degree "summa cum laude" in Computer Science in April 2003 at the Università degli Studi di Torino, Italy.
I got my Ph.D. in Computer Science in January 14, 2008 with the dissertation "Reasoning on web services with choreographies and capabilities".
I am currently a short term researcher at the Department of Computer Science at the Universita' degli studi di Torino where I am member of the Heterogeneous Data and Multimedia Management group.

My research interests include:

• data mining techniques for intelligent data navigation and visualization
• unsupervised learning techniques
• interoperability of services
• semantic web services
• communication protocols analisys based on automatic reasoning
• ontology matching techniques
